There are these things called 'coats'. Plus most of the big cities are located near-ish the US border. It's not like there are polar bears walking around outside Vancouver.

I live in Canada, and even with coats, when it's cold, it's cold and you don't go outside.
Though today was a warm day. Don't know if it'll continue like so all week.

Yep, there's always that. Good point.
(Though you'd think some of the European cities might be more uptight about that than Canada if that's the case, lol.)

no what i mean is you get whats inside the box i.e they have the discs and what not that inside that way you dont run off with the game before signing anything to saay they wont sue you ass or what not see what i mean they proabbaly have the discs in the same identical cases other wise how would you get the swag they are giving the winners?

Don't know what part of Canada your from but here in Ontario.. Its been warm for the past few weeks I was actually in a T-shirt yesterday... Almost all the snow is gone.. Too bad, was hoping to go skiing on March break.. And im in northern Ontario... Few hours under Hudson Bay

Oh, I gotcha. I'm pretty sure they're locked down in some form or another so you can't just take them and run. You probably have to sign a bunch of paperwork, too. XD

Hehe, you'd be surprised. Every country has different regulations. It might just be that there are certain prohibitive regulations against balloons in Canada that aren't in Europe, even though Europe's airspace is pretty locked-down. It all depends on what the black and white print says you can do. XD
