Suddenly, I am glad I can't go.

I'd rather not get lost out in the Mojave.

Don't worry, I'm on top of that. If we have a repeat of what is showing up with this Douglas kid, my dad works for the BLM out here and I refuse let my fellow Mass Effect fans stay lost for long. I will do everything in my power to get all the rangers out there first.

Riptide, did anyone else go?

Yeah. Team Vegas and Team Arizona both met up with their members and are on the move. Sadly, I was unable to join them.

Wishing them the best of luck, though! And remember guys, if you see Priestly, deck him once in the schnoz for me.

Smug bastard with his little evil face smiley...

Would you rather get lost in the desert, or the forest/mountains?

Desert.

I am familiar with the mountains, and could use them to find my way. In a forest, you have no such landmarks to help you navigate. You're boxed in.

Why couldn't you go today?  Sorry if I missed an explanation earlier.

I think its easier for search and rescue to find someone wondering around a barren desert than in a tree line

that's cool!

I think Douglass might have gotten arrested. My suspicion. Cuz his last tweet, he was definitely in a populated area. Or, at least civilization. he wasn't out somewhere.

Unless it was a very big private property. Could be.

I'm hoping this launch actually has someone getting the game! It seems like it should be easier to get at least.

Originally, me and two others from Team Vegas were gonna car pool and go. The other two met up, but it looked like I was going to get the car for the day, so I told them to go on ahead without me. Dad got home early from running errands and was going to lend me the car, and just as I was gearing up to meet them in Boulder, ****ing work calls and says I have to go in at eleven.

Story of my bloody life.

But hey, it's only ten more days until launch, and while I'm sad I missed out on a once in a lifetime adventure, I with the others the best of luck in their hunt.

I just hope everyone stays safe out there. The Mojave is a dangerous place.

From what I heard through the wires there were some ranches involved? I don't know. I'm actually hoping for arrest in this case. Being lost in the woods is no fun. If I had to be lost, I'd much prefer the desert where I can actually see where I'm going for about 60 miles.

Looking at a map of Vegas the original launch site may have been bad because of the airports nearby?

Team London, anyone?

I'm in Blackpool, why does everybody outside the UK think that London is the only place in the England & the rest of it is just fields inhabited by backwards yokels? It isn't! (with the exception of Somerset

Show Northern England some love BioWare! :(

I'm in Wiltshire!! Yet it's hellishly unlikely I'll get my mits on it as the upper winds are westerly. Someone in Norway will have it at this rate!!!

Essex, so unless if travels easterly I don't think I'll be able to get to it. I looked at the predicted landing zone, if it's going that far south I'll have no chance.

Halfway home now. At a Starbucks waiting for the bus at the corner of tropicana & Decatur.

What happened so far since I was here last. What did I miss?

Local time zone.

So if it says 7 AM, it's SUPPOSED to be (todays LV delay not withstanding) 7 AM in that city (ie: launching at 7AM in NYC means it'll be 7AM IN NYC).
