FRom what I understand, the games are under lock and key. EA/Bioware has to open it for them.

There is no substance on this planet that would keep me from getting my hands on those games.

Well that, and I can pick locks.

Very true... Team Mako better get un-lost fast!!

Hmm. okay. this is what i did.

i copied image; went to forum settings; pasted; turned on BBCode (and it was large) But i saved anyway.

the first time i didn't turn on BBCODE, and it wouldn't save right. beyond that...idk

Man these guys took an awesome idea and turned it into crap. Letting people follow the freaking balloon, putting them all in one balloon, not turning on the GPS, not taking there heads out of there butts to actually put some thought into this. I bet you someone in the conference room said "hey let's tie them to balloons and have people find them" and that was the extent of the research and thought put into it. It would have been awesome if you actually needed some geocaching skills, but nope. I was already packed to go with the GPS, the hiking pack, the climbing rope, my gun (hey this is AZ) and my Wrangler. This would have been so cool had they taken the time to do it right. But honestly the only thing this hugely disastrous marketing campaign did for me, was to give me the hankering to play Fallout New Vegas.

I actually did just start a new game of New Vegas, lol.

I live in the UK and in Wales not London so I can't take part in any of this, but it is fun to hear about what's happening.  I kinda wish someone does a video blog of their search and posts it on Youtube.

These people look like bumbling idiots, especially when Silverman is the face of the operation.  They should’ve hire professionals to carry out this stunt.

Don't give up!
You could still get some one-of-a-kind swag (if someone did run off with the games) and I'm sure the team'll be tracking down the fellow(s) that snagged it.

Um, this is just a suggestion and I doubt they even read this but uh... could they like leave the game discs out and ceremoniously award them to whoever found the rig for the ones they haven't launched yet? Since it seems the San Fransisco one sorta failed and it's looking that way for Vegas too?

To be honest, I'd want one of those hoodies more than the game. 74 bucks a pop.

Team Mako has been found, and is at the airport. Team Hammerhead however, has gone dark.
That's probably why nobodies there.
