I have ME1 and ME2 for 360 but since the CE is sold out for Xbox and still available for PS3 I'm thinking getting the PS3 version of ME2 to be able to get the CE of ME3.

How much would I miss in ME2? Are many side quests affected from the ME1 transfer? Thanks in advance.

U miss all the side quests,they wont be imported to ur new game
Genesis only makes u choose the major decision from the main story...nothing else.
