First of all, who is getting them? I've pre-ordered a Tali figure and
I'm on the fence on getting a Legion figure but what about you guys.

Also
a question about the MP DLC. Now I don't care about the DLC and will
get Tali regardless but are the pacts you get with the figures different
to the ones in the game (starters, recruit, veteran, masters etc) or is
it different pact all together with lower or higher odd of getting good
weapons and characters?

The codes are randomized, so they can't be specific unlocks. My guess is that it's a pack with a guarenteed Gold/Higher chance of a Gold.
Then again, it could be the Collector Assault Rifle, given more recent promos.
