It is a small one, but I always thought it would be interesting to meet a friend or family member of Saren's, and had them comment on your relationship with him. In ME, I convinced saren to fight against what he was doing, and he responded by killing himself in an act of salvation/defiance. If I were related to him, I would appreciate what Shepard did, allowing Saren to reclaim at least a little honor. I doubt anything like that is in 3, but it is the kind of small touch that I love when they crop up in games!
