I hope that it becomes a DLC later on, i like the desing of that weapon.

It's Gamestop exclusive DLC , like the Terminus Armor/Blackstorm Launcher, so it won't ever be released to the public.

IIRC there was Gamestop-exclusive DLC for another game that was released to the public. So there's at least a chance, I hope.

Pre-ordered it from them anyway
