Anyone suddenly have multiple fomari tomes during their origin stories? almost like they're incrementing every time there is a loading screen but none of them are useable?

I click on them/it and I get "Formari Skill and Sundry" blah text in yellow like I'm getting a buff/using an item... but then nothing. No skill point...

anyone?
