No, that is not what I want to do. That would make for most ineffective kill rate. I want to run around, shoot enemies throwing the most dangerous ones to death at the cost of half barrier. Then at the sight of a good situation toss a group of enemies, wait till I can get back into the fight, if I don't die, and be on my way further.

That's what I am also expecting. Cerberus still has a bunch of unshielded minions. Then we will most likely have Geth, which means a bunch of shields to strip and I expect something similar to Collectors with barriers/armors (these Batarian cannibals?).

Vanguard gives up nothing, he has Charge to reacharge his barrier. usually, and I propose Vanguards charge also take away barrier, and buff up both charge and nova.

Stasis is a bonus power that makes any class that uses it an effective biotic comparable to an adept.
I cant beleive the adept doesnt feature the best biotic ability the MEuniverse has to offer.

I already told you this. Repeatedly. Vanguards use Charge to stay alive when surrounded by multiple enemies. If you make the Charge DRAIN the barrier when used, you are making Charge completely USELESS. To compensate for that, you'd have to increase the Charge's damage and THAT would make the Vanguard way too powerful, even someone who isn't a particularly good Vanguard would kill WAY too many enemies. And that is completely unfair to people who use other classes.

No, because you would use charge and nova less, since it wouldn't have a 2,5 cooldown, but would your barriers to recharge.
