Now with some ppl already got their hands on the game, is it now possible for ranged attacks like using a bow to score backstab using a rogue?? 

it is crucial for me to decide if i want to have combat movement + Coup De Grace or not.

Yes, it's been stated that ranged attacks do get backstab bonuses.
