We'll be able to raise our Readiness level in singleplayer! Readiness is not exclusive to MP and iOS games! Alright!

Take a look at Mac Walters´ twitter acc (https://twitter.com/#!/macwalterslives) -> it´s the third tweet there! (also shown on the first post of this thread!)
And everything you wrote in your thread fits, except you didn´t have the information of the Readiness being also able to be raised in SP! (I hope Mac didn´t just misunderstand this...I doubt it!)
Sadly, I´m such a newb I can´t link to particular tweets with the new interface they have now <_<
I saw that, what I'm talking about is getting Readiness to 100%. You could theoretically start at 0% and the max from the singleplayer is 50%. If you can get readiness to 100% then something is horribly off as the perfect ending would be dead easy to get.

Yeah, people will spread rumors like this just to feel important, I guess.

I´m kinda lost now...
Didn´t you say Galactic Readiness is always 0.5 (50%). Now, with MP you can get to 100%, but this score decreses each day.
In SP though, you can get to 100% by doing side quest. This score doesn´t decrease over time.
So if it works like this:
Mike Shepard wrote...
No...the minimum Galactic readiness
level is 50%. that is raised via Multiplayer and decays 1% per real-time
day (likely once per a rolling 24 hour period) until it falls back to
50%. so what I said makes perfect mathematical sense.
if you're 'Galactic readiness' is 50% because you never play multiplayer or you did play multiplayer and the decay brought you back down to 50%, that becomes your readiness percentage part of the equation.
If you accumulate 4000 points in 'war assets' via singleplayer, that becomes the 'war assets' portion of the equation
Galactic Readiness (%) x War Assets (#) = final score
.5 = 50%
.5 * 4000 = 2000
But again this might not even be how the System Works.
then your final maximum score would be 1*4000 (if that´s the maximum of War Assets you can have).
Don´t know anymore what your example was....

For example if I get 100% readiness by playing multi does that mean I will get different interactions in SP and/or all the side-quests used to get "readiness" in Sp will no longer be available?

There are no side quests in SP to get Readiness.NOD-INFORMER37 wrote...
Does playing/not playing multi alter the SP experience other then "readiness bar"?

SP = War Assets
MP = Readiness
Effective Military Standing = War Assets * Readiness.
No, it doesn't seem to effect the SP experience other than increasing the EMS.

This topic was incorrect. The developers either lied or misunderstood what the question was asking even though it was asked multiple times. At the time it seemed that I was incorrect in that Readiness could be increased via singleplayer and so I was theorizing how that could work. Turns out my source was correct.
