 Bug in the game when i try drag the skills after pressing shift and clicking in the skill and try to drag window of shortcuts, the skill will not simply go to shortcuts 1-7 in Mass Effect 3 multiplayer demo.

Not a bug to my knowledge. You simply can't change the presets.

means that I buy powers and they appear only in the shift and I can not do anything? because whenever I press the shift key to select the power I vuneravel, susceptible to enemies.

No, they all have shortcuts. You just can't change them.

Only the shortcuts that simply do not appear in my characters. or most of them in my krogan eg missing two of three skills pricipais. to hell and fortification graned not appear!

that is a know bug it happens if you change character in the loby you then have only one skill availible and need to reload the game

and no you cannot change the preset wich is dumb **** i'm way used to have my throw on my 1 so when i get in a situation that's a little to hot i press it and send everything flying but now it just detonate the armor on my sentinel ... great just what i needed les defence and a hudge cool down
