k i just got the game today and i load it up and hit start like it says and i go through all the silly prompts "dont remove hard drive" "Connecting to Servers" then i read the Terms and what not and i hit A again and boom this error happens and i cant even play the game...Wth plz tell me i didnt waste $65 usd:pinched::pinched::pinched::pinched:

That is all there is too it...i try and start up the game and after it tells me that I shouldnt remove the hard drive that my DLC is installed on cause i will lose all progress not saved...then i hit A to continue then it says Connecting to Dragon Age servers...then goes to the Terms Part then i hit A again to continue then it says something about displayname already exists and to plz try again and it gets stuck on the start screen..and i have to restart the game to even try it again and it happens again

Did you use the exact same user name and password for the social site?

what do u mean...im used to games working correctly when i put them into my X-box 360...and i didnt realize i had to do something on a website to play a console game

The exact comment i get before i can even start the Game is The Following Supplied Information Already exists: displayName please try again...plz for the love of anything all i want to do is play this game and know i didnt give EA another $65 for no reason cause since the game has been opened i cant get my money back

disconnect your internet from your 360. Also talk to Ea live chat support, or email them/phone.

When you try to load the game, do you enter in a user name and password to sign into the dragon age servers or do you get the message without being prompted to enter a user name and password.
If you disconnect from the internet then you wont be able to use any of the DLC.

Wow... That's weird .. two people with the same problem on the same day. Geez.. I don't know what's going on. I left a message in the other post to try to create a new profile and see if you get the same error.. create an offline profile so the game doesn't have the option to connect to the server at all. You guys don't happen to live in the same area do you? Maybe there's a weird batch of games running around.

You have to link your EA account to your gamertag on the EA website (I had the same problem with Battlefield 1943). All EA games require people to do this.

I'm having this problem too. I load up the game, start connecting, accept terms, and then the error pops up. I've already connected my account and everything. What else do I have to do?!
