I don't have a screenshot of this occurring, but I can tell you - I had my krogan soldier on at first.
Then I switched to my Human Adept, who apparently had only the FIRST quick slot assigned, to Singularity (he had shockwave and warp too, by the way).
Then I switched to my Human Vanguard, who apparently had NO SKILLS assigned at all.

Now this would not have been a problem if I could drag & drop the skills to the top left, like in ME2.
But I cannot.

So I had to quit Multiplayer and enter back so it would get fixed.

Yes, I know that fixed it, but it's still a stupid bug regardless.

Confirming this - i have it all the time, only quitting helps.

I believe one of the devs said its a bug relating to changing your character when in the game lobby and it will either be resolved by full release / or has been resolved already.

Yeah, I figured that out. It would have been nice to know in hindsight.

Well, I hope they really did resolve it, then.
