Seriously is this even possible for a warrior? I can't even seem to break 150, let alone 250.

Yes quite easy for a 2h warrior. Not sure about a DW or Archer warrior but the ranged should be fairly easy as well.

DW isn't possible. At the moment I'm putting points in two handed sword to see if I can get it up though I understand its easiest with the wizard if your just looking to get the badge might be easier to stack magic and go find the lowest level creature and hit it with all you got.

I did it today as a warrior



Lvl 21 warrior berserker/reaver



Did it to a genlock runt with "Final blow" with full stamina and "Heroic offense" from Wynne + a song from Lelianna to boost attack



I also deliberatley put the game on casual mode for the acheivment hoping it would make me hit a bit harder



It took me forever to pull it off but I did it

I managed to break it with my archer (stats here shows my highes crit over 500) there is that talent in archery tree that gives you critical hit + 250% of weapon damage (or so I guess)

i did it with my mage i think it was a fireball in the middle of a bunch of mobs , i dont know if it calculated the total of damage or a single one but it could be total since i did nt completed any ally quest so far so she s kinda low maybe lvl 10-15 , been a while i did nt played her

Really? You sure? I have had groups of 8-9 enemies with Fireball before, easily topping 250 damage in 1 blast, but I never got the achievement until I Mana Clashed someone for epic damage.



If it does work, than Dual Wielding would be super easy to get Heavy Hitter with. Just Dual Strike or Whirlwind.

the achievement is for single target single hit, not ****** for an aoe or multi-shot.

i got no idea what may have caused it then, she is not high lvl and have low spells so i dont know on what i got the hit hehe

it is possible. I just made a shot and achievment was there

beserker mode / sunder few times / final blow... BOOM 277 damage

first try and i had it.

I got the "Heavy Hitter" acheivement with my 2-H Dwarf Zerker Chasind Maul play-through.


Though I just got 866 damage from my Rogue Archer LOL!!!
