OK so i went back onto the demo to play some multiplayer only to find out that all my characters had been reset. so i had lost all my levels, races and weapons. so i turned my xbox off and turned it back on still the same issue everything is still gone. so i've been to several pages and websites and was directed here.this is the last place i have to go to so if noone here can help me i will be majorly upset.

I'm a PC player, and I just launched my ME3 multiplayer demo as well - after taking a while to connect to the EA servers, I went in and found that the same thing has happened to me...
EDIT: I exited the demo and relaunched it, and after failing to even connect to the servers one time, I retried and this time it seems my characters are back. I honestly don't know what happened to cause it. @_@

i do hope you were not expecting the xp and unlocks to carry over on release date?
its unfortunate but not all that shocking. the game isnt released its a demo, im thinking of this demo is more of a stress test for the servers. but all in all, prepare to "majorly upset". i guess being mostly a pc gamer and playing in betas, character wipes prior to release dates come as no shock to me.
but i will be saddened when i log on my 360 and missing my carnifex headshot handcannon...

I knew they would be wiped but i had leveled them up quite a bit and theres still a few days to go before the demo goes down. so i most likely wont be able to catch up in that time 
. mind you if they fix it in the full game i will be happy.

Ok i've completely given up on the demo now as it just deleted all my stuff for a second time and i had got some characters up to level 5 now i have nothing again. Before i wasnt too annoyed at restarting but the fact that it will probally reset everytime i go off is really annoying so im kinda dissapointed in this demo
