I logged in today and went to play a bit, and I noticed on some of my characters that their powers aren't on hotkeys anymore and I can't get them back on. This reduces me to using one power the entire match. So far, this has happened to my Krogan Soldier and Human Female Sentinel. I played as my Human Female Infiltrator and Human Male Engineer and they were both fine.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

I've had this happen a few times to me, mostly to my one time use items I get out of the packs.

I've found if you just go into your power menu(holding shift for the PC), you can just rebind all your powers and items to fix it.

This is a known bug, when you switch character in a lobby, the character you switch to has a chance to have a bugged hotbar.
Leave the lobby (at the very least) or multiplayer altogether and go back in with the character you want to play to make sure you don't have this issue.
