Origin order - Not working?

 I placed an order for ME3 deluxe edition about 3 hours ago now, I've got no e-mail to confirm EA got my order, only 1 from Paypal to say I've paid. On my account I've also got nothing on "Order history" so it's making it seem as if the transaction wasn't complete. 

Anyone else got this? :unsure:

Give it 24-48 hours. I had the same problem and tried it four times, got charged four times as well, thank fully the bank sorted it. It was ages before I finally got emailed confirmation from Origin to say I had got the game.

Okay, thanks a lot. I'll give it till Monday to see. Hopefully it works out. I was worried because all my orders previously on Origin came through via e-mail within an hour.

Same here just ordered it a few minutes ago and my account did take the drop at the right time and right amount but origin does not seem to want to show me my order history or send a confirmation. EA has to improve this any non instant confirmation of a purchase or prepurchase cannot be left hanging like this if they intend to compete with steam or any other platform out there.

Is it an issue with paying with Paypal only? I've ordered the deluxe download with a credit card and received my confirmation within 30 min or so. But I've ordered things in the past via paypal and noticed it took almost a day or two.

Nah I ordered with a credit card and I still don't have the confimation ;) They got my money so I guess its not too loony to expect it to turn up eventually but still it is more than a little annoying to be uncertain whether or not what I paid for is actually "mine" ;D

Today I have payed for Mass Effect 3 N7. I used site of origin and Webmoney but I have not received the letter with the key and confirmation that they have received money. In preorder history also there is no my game

It does seem there is 1 place where I can see my purchase: If I click on my nickname in origin i get my list of games, including me3. But order history and confirmation email? No can do appearantly ;D

I got a confirmation e-mail as soon as I paid. And it was in my Origin games list right after as well.
Just have to wait for pre-load and then release date.
Playing on my 360 copy 'till then.

I ordered mine a few days ago, and reseved the conformation e-mail. how ever the game did not show in my list. and as of to day the order history is now empty. I have posted this on the EA forums, but no one has said a thing on there.

They have stated they seem to have a problem with their order confirmation system. I guess its just wait and see :)

it can take anywhere between 1-24hours.if it doesn't show up @ all contact LIVE support chat.they'll sort it out for you.i've had good experiences with the support for over the last years

I got the order confirmation, but nothing in my games and nothing in the order history. <_<

So everyone who has pre ordered the game on origin has not received their product code right?

I got the confirmation email saying my card has been charged but on Origins my product code is XXXXXXXXXXX

I had contact with EA Support today as i also have this problem.
I ordered ME1, Pinnacle station and ME3 Deluxe, but no order history on it, no confirmation and ME1 is missing in my games list, Pinnacle station and ME3 ARE there.

They just asked me to prtscr my bank statement and mail it to them in their call system and they will sort it out through Digital River (The payments company they use).

I'm sure it will be just fine, i just have to wait for a bit longer.

If nothing happens by EOB Monday i'll just have to contact them again i think.

Well got a confirmation email when I ordered on 14th Febuary, but its a no show in my Order History and Origin. Oh and if I let Origin update to the most recent version Origin will not start on my PC. Currently have Version 8.4.1.210 - 132428 installed and running fine.

Alright, so then I guess this is normal for now. Simmers are also experiencing the same issue of no confirmation email for their pre-orders. The game advisor I spoke with said that my order did go through and to give it 24-48 hours for the confirmation email.

The live chat guys said my order went through okay, but I e-mailed just incase and got this:

I reviewed your order it appears that your order was successful. 

I don't, however; see it tied to your account. I have re-issued you the digital rights to ensure that everything transfers into your account smoothly. 


I will reach out to the studio to ensure that everything is fine on the back-end. 


Once I hear back from them, I will let you know.  


Not really sure what's happening.
