I ordered mine a few days ago, and reseved the conformation e-mail. how ever the game did not show in my list. and as of to day the order history is now empty. I have posted this on the EA forums, but no one has said a thing on there.

They have stated they seem to have a problem with their order confirmation system. I guess its just wait and see

I got the order confirmation, but nothing in my games and nothing in the order history. <_<

I got the confirmation email saying my card has been charged but on Origins my product code is XXXXXXXXXXX

I ordered ME1, Pinnacle station and ME3 Deluxe, but no order history on it, no confirmation and ME1 is missing in my games list, Pinnacle station and ME3 ARE there.
They just asked me to prtscr my bank statement and mail it to them in their call system and they will sort it out through Digital River (The payments company they use).
I'm sure it will be just fine, i just have to wait for a bit longer.
If nothing happens by EOB Monday i'll just have to contact them again i think.

it can take anywhere between 1-24hours.if it doesn't show up @ all contact LIVE support chat.they'll sort it out for you.i've had good experiences with the support for over the last years
