The store is probably experiencing overload from everyone wanting to purchase and download things. One thing I recommend doing is to order from the webpage instead. This is what I do when I want to play a demo since the Origin launcher does not work for getting demos.

I spoke with another EA rep who was upfront about the problems that they are having and seemed helpful. He was able to link my order to my account and promised that I would get an order confirmation email a few hours later. Though it's been ten hours and I'm sure his shift is over now, and no email. My purchase history is blank on Origin even though I've purchased other games with them before. I don't have an ME3 icon, and I have no pending or current orders on the EA website. I trust this will eventually get resolved, but it's odd for such a big company to screw things up this much. I'll try the email route later.

Funny, I've never had that problem when ordering a game. But cancelling a pre-order...I've called Origin support TWICE, both telling me that it would be taken care of, and both times never getting a confirmation email (or having the game removed from my "owned games" tab).

That, and Origin's live chat support is actually worse than an automated system with dynamic links and text entry boxes. Seriously.

Yeah this is all just abysmal service really, I know it's not the reps fault, but to link a game to a service which doesn't even function correctly is just annoying, there would never be this problem with Steam. I'm kind of regretting not just buying retail ...

Just some quick info I scrapped from the EA forums:

Currently if you make a purchase using the Origin Web store; your order history can only be viewed via the Origin Web store. If you make a purchase via the Origin Client; your order history will can only be viewed via the Origin Client.

So if you bought the game through the web store, check your order on the store. If you bought it through the client do it on the client.

On a side note,

Origin sucks.

The funny thing is I ordered the game via Web Store. Still there's nothing about it in my order history on the site. It hasn't appeared in Origin Library either. I sent an e-mail to Tech Support 4 days ago - still haven't received an answer. Now I'm getting really nervous

I was just informed that we are currently investigating an issue with the ME3 Pre-Orders not showing up in Origin.

They assured me that you will receive your game code when the game releases .

I really apologize for the inconvenience.

If this issue is resolved before the release date, then you will see that pre-order in Origin.

Hi guys,
one thing to note. I did get my confirmation email, it has not come up in the origin client im kinda worried about this. Also when looking at my recent orders nothing comes up. but when using my order code i get the full order details (unlock code space is blank) and order status just says "order submitted". Maybe we just have to wait closer to launch and hope EA knows what they are doing? i really hope so as as it looks from here my 50-60 pounds just disappeared into a black hole.

I'm exactly the same as you.

I look at my order history and get nothing, but if I plug in my order number I get all the details. 

Order Number: XXXXXXXXXXX
Order Date: 23/02/2012
Order Status: Order Submitted
Billing Address:


Is that what yours looks like?

Same thing here.
Some time ago I was assured all is good with my order. Now they saying what my payment are not finished yet. Just want to add I pay something like month ago. I was assured one more time they will deal with my problem in few hours, sounds very bad, rly. Definitely, I will not buy anything through Origin from now.

Maybe its just paypal , I used to have problems when i would use it for World of warcraft and it would take 1-2 days for a payment to post. I just preordered the Digital Deluxe edition 5 minutes ago And reloaded Origin and its on there . Paid with a credit card

It can't just be a paypal issue because I used a credit card and am having the same problem. I'm tempted to cancel and re-order since it seems that the first order may have just glitched somehow.

That is strange; they should respond within 24 hours. Did you use this site to send the email request? They will reply to your email address and you can correspond via email after that.

I pre-ordered on the 26th of Feb via the Origin site and mine is the same. Paid by debit card and recieved email confirmation the same day, though it has remained as Order submitted since I placed the order even though funds have left the bank account. Unlock code is blank and it doesn't appear on the Origin client as being pre-ordered so as to what is going on is anyone's guess.

Dinesh: Thank you for staying online.

Dinesh: I checked you order number and found that it is still in submitted status, So you will get it with in few hours.

you: many people have been saying the same thing, many have placed orders early February and are stating the same thing...is there a reason for the delay?

Dinesh: I can understand your frustration but It depends on our another department.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin a couple of weeks ago and I'm having the same sort of problem. I've been charged and it's appearing under my order history as "Order Submitted", however the Unlock Code space is blank and it's not appearing on my "My Games" page. I contacted EA Support and they assured me that my order has been "Processed successfully", so I'll wait until we can pre-load and will go from there.

Fairly similar boat, got an email, game isnt in the list, says 'order submitted' when i check, but they didnt charge me. This was back in early feb. I presumed they would just charge me when game was up for preload ala SWTOR. I have sent them an email but no response yet, getting mildly nervous now.
