Origin order - Not working?

I have nothing under my order history and can't even see a space for an unlock code. I think somehting is seriously buggered with my order.
I can't find the link to go to live chat any more, anyone got it? I've gone through the website and the only thing I see is to contact by phone.

I just called them, as other people have indicated they claim that 48 hours before release it should show up in your Origin account, so for US customers it's Monday and for Europe it's Weds. If there's still a problem on Weds I can call back and they will manually add it to my account, because they can see my order and everything on there, well apparently.

I guess I'll have to wait and see, it's a bit of a ****** take if I'm honest.

They "manually" sent me the confirmation email twice now, and said to wait 48 hours for it to arrive both times. I didn't receive anything both times, I have no ME3 order history on the client or website, and the client didn't update with an ME3 icon.

I strongly suspect that whatever happened to our orders is unfixable and they are just stringing us along until release day when they are permitted to solve this "the easy way" by giving out registration codes to people with broken orders, ie not fixing anything.

You're probably right.

The release schedule actually says it's meant to pre-load today:

I'm calling on Wedsnesday and making them put it on my account if it's not there already, my friend is also calling when the pre-load schedule hits our turn and seeign if he can get a copy today. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal, not a way to promote your service or treat customers.

HELL YES!  Thanks for the heads up! Btw, does this mean the game will unlock on Tuesday at Midnight, Eastern Standard Time?

Congrats you guys. They can't do anything about mine though since mine was exceptionally screwed up (no confirmation emails etc.). I would have to wait until release day and prompt them YET AGAIN for a code. I have a feeling that that's going to cause issues with my DDE pre-orders. I don't think I have a choice but to cancel with them.
EDIT: I'm in a region that should have had access to the pre-load already.

I'd cancel it now if I were you and re-order it. There's something seriously wrong with yours.
Call customer service and tell them your order still hasn't come through and that everyone else can pre-load it, don't wait till release day.
If you're from the UK I can give you the number to call, but if you're from anywhere else I'm not sure what number it is.

I did and re-ordered from Gamefly. The game is preloading now. Finally :P
As an added bonus, they turned out to be a bit cheaper because they don't charge taxes on digital orders.

has your credit card been charged? Because, i see ME3 in Games, I see the Product code and I downloadd it, but my card hasn't been charged yet.

i ordered mine from Origin Aus and 10 mins later had email and could download an install game just gotta wait till Wed 2330 hrs
