I have been trying this for going on two weeks now and still have not found a solution. I am trying to get the bonus ring for uploading my character but the character creator will not upload my char. Everytime I have ever tried it, it says timed out while trying to access my online profile. I can start the game, have downloaded the DLC, can access my profile via web, but can't upload any character, so it still shows that I have zero chars. Any solution to this or something that you have found that works?
I haven't even started playing the game yet because I have had so many other issues. Took me 9 DAYS to finally get the DLC to download because it would time out also. Have tried 4 different connections/locations and no change, so it's not my router/internet. Thanks

I just downloaded the character editor thing to get the ring and I'm getting the same problem

I've also had the same problem! Been trying this for weeks. Its recognises my xbox created character but trying to upload using the character creation always times out!!
