Maybe it's just me, but everyone else I talk to has much the same experience.  It goes like this:

- Loading screen, then: The connection to the server was lost.
- Again.
- Arrive in a lobby.  Only three people are present.  The fourth slot never fills.  Someone ragequits.  Back to lobby.
- Back to 'The connection to the server was lost'.
- Arrive in a lobby.  Kicked for no apparent reason, no voice chatter indicating why.
- 'The connection to the server was lost'.
- Again.
- Another short-handed game.
- 'The connection to the server was lost'.
- Finally get into a four man lobby, hit the spacebar and play.  If things go well the team likely holds together for a few rounds.  If not, someone ragequits and the last slot never populates.  Someone else ragequits, return to step 1.

I realize that it's just the demo and our match making options are limited, but this seems pretty ridiculous.

I have these same issues. It takes me a while to find a full 4 person game.
