I have too many Sheps to say which one. SInce I only have 2 femsheps (rest are mansheps) ill mention those. My favourite one was loyal to Liara especially after that LOTSB campaign (an especially awesome campaiggn with a romanced Liara) so ill be faithful to her. I dont really know any new LIs except Vega but i suspect ill be loyal to Liara. As for my other one well she was a ****bag. She slept with Liara then cheated on her with Thane and she will probably take another lover in ME3

I dont think it should be called cheating, Ash is not nice at all on horizon i always view that as her breaking it off. and as for Liara she pretty much gives you the option to end the romance in lair of the shadow broker.

My canon Femshep romanced Kaidan in the first game, but moved on in ME2 was a variety of reasons--primary among them being that she's been gone for two years and things just feel different now. Horizon doesn't help either; it's not that his reaction was unreasonable. He was emotional. It happens. But then along comes Garrus, a bastion of what she's familiar with and someone she's always been fond of, and in getting to know him again and helping him through his ME2 difficulties, she finds that she feels more strongly for him than she ever did for Kaidan.
In ME3, she's going to stay with Garrus. Whatever she and Kaidan might have been is long gone, and what she has with Garrus is more meaningful anyway.

My main Shepard had alternate realities: one was with Liara and one with Kaidan. I really liked taking the Liara alt to the LOTSB reunion with Liara, very sweet.
The one who was with Kaidan was the one who I played ME2 with the first time- and intended to stay with Kaidan- until Garrus came back. I always liked him and getting to know him better was great. So Garrus for her in ME2 and ME3. The Shepard who was with Kaidan and now Garrus is the canon Shepard for me because that progression feels right. (I did make a new Shepard just for Kaidan though and took her through ME1 and 2.)

Romance is actually compelling me to play my FemShep first.
In ME1 and ME2, I played BroShep first. It was just habit. I start with my goody goody two shoes Paragon canonShep, then run through again with more knowledge and intentionally pick separate options and try to remain as renegade as my conscience will allow as FemShep. But I have no clue if she'll stay true to Liara or pursue Ash-- with whom she shared a much stronger connection in ME1. Ash and Shep were best buds, and in all honesty, had Ash been a romance option for her, I wouldn't have gone for Liara in the first place.
I kind of want to play as FemShep first just to see that love triangle explode.

My super paragon Shep romanced Liara, and she'll be sticking with her.
Renegon femshep (mostly paragon on the big choices, but she likes to hit people and shoot things a little too much. Renegade interrupts FTW) has been side-eyeing Ashley since ME1, so she'll be jumping on that first chance she gets for sure

With the news that Ashley is available as a s/s romance my main shep is in a whole world of trouble. She is with Liara present but there was definitely an attraction and connection to Ashley. TBH I don't know who she will end up choosing until the point actually comes up in the game. Either way it will not be a decision made lightly. I may split the playthrough into two timelines with one choice made in each.
I also recently finished a secondary main shep who will pull double duty. On one playthrough, where she leaves behind some of her jerkass renegon ways she will romance Samantha Traynor. On the other one she will attempt to whittle her bedpost down into a toothpick by flirting/bedding as many of the following as able Liara, Ashley, Kelly, Diana and Samantha.

Heh. A little cruel, even for a sadist like me.
I'm content with emotionally torturing her through my play throughs, and dragging her along to all of Miranda's romance pieces.
A real shame though, I adored Ashley in ME1 (competing with Miranda as my favrite female in the series), but I hate her guts in ME2+3.

I'm going to stay with Jacob. My first LI was Kaidan and I wanted to stay loyal to him. But he turned his back on me on Horizon. So now I'm with Jacob. I like him no matter what some people say. Jacob is a good man and my Shepard loves him. As for Kaidan... well, my Shepard won't forget him but she will never return to him.
