For my main, "canon" Shep I'm sticking with Miranda unless this Diana person changes that. Will have to see since I don't know anything about her right now.

I'm also going to romance Steve, Kaidan and Vega (well, y'know, at least as much as he can be romanced) with a male Shep because I want to see how those play out. Won't be for my main Shep playthrough, though.

I share this sentiment and so most of my Sheps romance Kaidan or Ash AND stay loyal (oooh the drama makes it worth it, plus both are great characters). Got one Shep for Jack though, as she had the "difficult relationship" quality I love so much. Also got one single male Shepard for s/s in ME3.

I like this Elcor. He understands.

Think it's a nice option to move on with a new LI every single ME - but that's not my thing. I stay loyal to the first LI - and that's currently Ashley in three different playthroughs. Working at two f!Sheps right now, one is at the VERY beginning and intended to be Kaidan's love and another one stays single till Ashley becomes available in ME3.

I played the games completely out of order, since I could never find a copy of ME anywhere and ME2 is what peeked my interests at first. I used a playthrough from masseffectsaves.com to pick and choose events from the previous game (I have since played it!) and Kaiden just happened to be the romance of my main femshep Amelia.

I romanced Garrus in ME2 so...honestly I never felt she had truly BEEN with anyone else. When I went back and played through ME I pursued the Kaiden romance to finally see who this dude had been and oh god......now I'm sorta torn. But all in all, Garrus is my favorite. I just really like that mutual feeling of friendship, comradeship and trust that seems to be between them, even though we really drew the short stick scene wise in ME2. I love his conflict with seeing the world in black and white or in grey, how he struggles with the expectations of turian culture and what he believes is right. Gotta love the Batman-esque epicness.

With my other shep who romanced Liara/Thane I was already set upon making a billion playthroughs with her to romance everyone under the sun, but now I think I might have to just make a new one (possibly renegade) to romance Kaiden, because I just can not see my mainshep going back to him after he refused to trust her unless there is some serious reestablishing of that going on in ME3...or if I accidentally get Garrus killed for some reason. I HOPE NOT.

I have many Shepard imports, all with different romance scenarios. My canon Shep romanced Ash in the first game, really liked her........then ME2 and Horizon happened. Not that i dont understand her feelings and dont share the blame due to terrible dialogue options, but she angered me regardless....so much that Miri caught my immediate attention, although she kinda had it anyway. When ME3 rolls around, i have no idea what i will do. From the way things look it seems like Miranda isnt going to be around too much but Ashley is going to be pretty much a constant, which gives us her a lot of character development as well as relationship development. As things are now, im sticking with Miranda but who knows

My main Shep is going to continue her romance with Garrus in ME3. My Sheploo will continue his romance with Tali and my other femShep romanced Thane in ME2 and Kaidan in ME1 so I'll see how that plays out.

Can't wait for more Garrus & Shep interactions, there was so little of it in ME2.

Thane on one, Garrus on another, will try and make a Kaidan loyal or non romanced in case someone in ME3 turns up.

Kaidan is going to be my first. Then i'll do the gay male romance with a non imported game to see the difference in the overall game. Then I will do Garrus, then my thane renegade.

I'm planning on doing another run in the future with Liara as my romance.

M!Shep Vanguard: Ashley -> Jack -> Undecided, but probably Jack. I really like Ash though, and maybe'll make 'loyal' ME2 playthrough for ME3.

My second Shepard cheated on Kaidan with Garrus, but will probably still end up with Kaidan. 
I haven't man a manshep yet so I'm not sure who he'll romance in ME3, but probably Liara in ME1 and a toss up between Tali and Miranda in ME2.

I have mutiple playthroughs for Garrus, Liara and Kaidan so I'll probably space them out among the rest. As for Sam (a possible S/S only option), I won't romance her until I know more about her. And unlike many people on the BSN forums, I am not judging Diane Allers. I didn't even know who Chobot was. Although I don't like Allers look, I am waiting to see the purpose of the character and her personality.


EDIT: If my FemShep can't have Jack, I might do a Sheploo playthrough with her. And maybe eventually one with Tali or Miranda...

Oh yeah, that.

None of the ME2's have a "true love" flag, for what it counts. It just means they don't count for Paramour. if I'm not mistaken.

I think "fake love" is just looking too deep.

My main male Shepard is a Talimancer through and through. He didn't romance anyone in ME1 because he was holding out for Tali. I'm going to play him first, then I'll play my FemShep who romanced Liara in ME1 and LotSB.

I'm also working on another male Shepard who romanced Ashley in ME1 and is considering romancing Jack in ME2. I'll play ME3 first, and choose whether to romance Jack or stay loyal to Ashley based on their respective stories in ME3.
