Why isnt there are least one happening here. Isnt Bioware a Canadian company? I feel so left out i would went after that **** if it was close to me.

I don't need to be aware of Bioware's hosting country to know a publicity stunt will only be most effective in locations where there is the highest chance a person who even knows what Mass Effect is will find it.
If I had to take a guess, the launch locations are strictly based off of sales or sheer population per square foot compared against the likely hood the person who finds it will know wtf it is.

To make you feel any "better", the odds of a person receiving the balloon without shooting it down near the launch locations. Is highly unlikely, and even if you could hit them, odds are that you'd have to deal with the local laws by doing so making you unable to play the game, and worst case you'd miss and hit something else, wich is even worse as a desired outcome.

I don't see why your upset, to be fair the chance of finding it is so small, and there are many people who live in the countries where the balloons are being released who are simply too far away from the launch site to get involved anyway.
