If I remember right, they only have the one ship. And since you blow that up along with their space station, I don't imagine there'd be any left anywhere else.

I'm going to go with "they could, but since they failed at serving their actual purpose, the reapers have no use for them anymore and thus probably wouldn't go to the trouble of bothering".

i just find it hard to believe the reapers who plan so much make a mock up that big,

Actually, Mac said they had more than 1 ship. I think they had 3, to be specific.

Ship is gone, "homeworld" is gone, and their hive mind controller fellow is dead. If not totally eradicated, it seems like any holdouts would be frenzied or unresponsive.
