Yep there are more castes, and casteless simply do not exist to dwarfs, so they aren't there own caste.

This one had to dig for, Noble, Warrior, Smith, Artisan, Miner, Merchant, Servant, Surface, Casteless

Family at my place to won't be able to add a question for sometime if someone else wants to in meantime.

Medivan is correct though surface and casteless are in fact not castes themselves.
