Everything it touches freezes almost instantly and it hits as hard as incindiery ammo.

I didn't even use Cryo ammo in ME 2, but I tried it today in the single player demo and wow it rocks.
Everything it touches freezes almost instantly and it hits as hard as incindiery ammo.
Anyone else try it in the demo and love it?

Its much improved over ME2. I think I tried it once in ME2 and on insanity it was pretty much worthless. It never froze anything ever.

Yea, its been greatly improved. I think enemies still recieve extra damage as long as they're chilled, so its still great on protected targets too.

It's great on guns but I have my turret upgraded with it and it doesn't seem to work with the turret.

Really? My one and only insanity run was a soldier with squad cryo ammo. That stuff could shut the battlefield down, with the help of a little overload/incinerate.
