Where exactly can i register mass effect?? I am unable to register on this site and on the old site as well!!

You can't register ME1, the old site was taken down after a hack, and no new site was ever created. If you are looking for the Bring Down the Sky dlc, then check the sticky above and read the last few pages for a code to use.
