So I don't know if I am the only one having this problem or not but sometimes when I get downed and i use my medi-gel to revive it doesn't work.  I don't know if im activating it too fast or what but it's very frustrating when its wave 10, your the last guy alive with one medi-gel left, and it doesn't work.  Let me know if anyone else has had this problem.

Happens to me as well. I'll use it and nothing happens, and then I can't use another.
It's occasional but it's annoying when it happens.

Do you know if BioWare is aware of it or not?

It happens to my friend a lot (and happened to me a couple times when I first started) but he is invincible and can't be executed and has to bleed out.
