Makes you wonder why anyone would go into game development in the first place. You pour years of your life into a project that has a slim chance of being positively received by the community out there. If you're an indie developer, people are a bit more forgiving, but if you land a job with one of the big guys, forget about it. You're the target of a ton of hate, some of it justified, most of it not. I applaud BioWare and don't excuse their mistakes, but I would personally never become a developer. Thus, I must respect them.

True, personally I can't handle this kind of things. Being capable of standing all of us is something admirable.

the game is most likely going to be good, and score AAA accross the board like ME2.

the only valid complaints are the DLC issues (bad business to charge for it, rather than free characters like me2/dao), and having spacebar the retard button. (Keyboard has 104 buttons, yet all 4 functions on 1)

If the game is great for YOU, then who cares if it's ****ty for other players. I could care less if millions of people thought DA II was bad, I enjoyed it and thought it was well done (with flaws), so that's all that matters.

Not saying their opinion is wrong, I'm just saying, when it comes down to it; who's the one playing the game, you or the one who doesn't like it?

There are other ways of making money, most of them less stressful and with a better chance of success. Still, it's a motivation, I agree.

You know Bioware originally set out to make medical software and when they couldn't find enough work they moved over to gaming, right?
