It's probably awarded for kills within a certain span of time. I usually get it when I use a rocket on an Atlus and take out more than one enemy.

I think it is the equivalent of getting a double/triple kill in other games

Whats weird is when I charge+nova a bunch of assault troopers to death within seconds, or chain overload some already injured enemies to kill them, it doesn't pop up.

Maybe you need to have inflicted all or most of the damage in a kill you make for it to be credited to your killstreak?HolyAvenger wrote...

Or maybe you need a certain number of killpoints and the only way to get enough is with an Atlas + surrounding buddies.

I do the nova + biotic charge too. I can assure you I get the kill. I do the most damage. Or, in most cases, all the damage.

I don't know then. I think I've gotten killstreaks with Frag Grenades when soloing a flank, but to be honest, I'm usually too concerned with completing objectives and clearing waves to pay attention when a killstreak award pops up.Saturn706 wrote...

Hm, now that I think about it, maybe you have to one-shot the target in order for it to be credited to the killstreak. In which case, even if your Nova was capable of killing troopers by itself, your Biotic Charge would probably disqualify any such victims from being counted in the killstreak.

I believe it has to do with the whole team. But I haven't a clue.

If that were the case you would see lots more of them because if im not mistaken most sniper rifles get 1 shot kills when you headshot, i know my pistol gets 2 headshots to a kill so id assume SR do more damage.

I've gotten it a few times with human soldier frag grenade, and often with a rocket to an atlas.
It seems to be 5+ kills at *exactly* the same time
