 So a question for you guys. A friend and I both share a PS3 but we only ordered 1 collector's edition, will we both get the benefits from the CE if we have 2 different accounts?

Yes. I am in a similar situation. I got the benefits of the KOA demo stuff and Mass Effect Demo stuff in KOA the final game. So it should be the same for ME3.
