Taking cover when I wanted to revive someone
Taking cover in the line of fire when trying to get away from heavy fire
Taking cover when trying to activate something
Activating something when trying to take cover to kill nearby enemies first
Taking cover when trying to roll away
Rolling away when trying to take cover
Why do I do stupid things like this?
Probably because there is JUST ONE FREAKING BUTTON for all of these actions.

Nope. That's what we do. It's in our nature. Really there's no thing as satisfying than to realize at the end of a match that every Atlas in the game was killed by headbutts.TexasToast712 wrote...

God dammit - I got taken down by a Phantom, and being a moron for a few seconds I instantly press the medigel button only to get executed by the very same Phantom. I KNOW not to do this >_<

Taking a low level Krogan into what I THOUGHT was a bronze game and rushing out to melee a pile of things and getting shot up a few times before realizing I was in a GOLD game.
That and trying to play a Drell and having my constant mistaking of what hotkey does what sending me careening into battle with unintentional biotic charges with paper thin shields.
At one point I bumrushed what I thought was a Nemesis hiding behind some cover, only to get a facefull of phantom sword.
I actually meleed a Atlas with a Krogan as well, but it wasn't actually a dumb move. It had the infiltrator pinned in the corner so there I was running up, smacking it from behind and then scampering away as a ploy to keep it distracted. Damn infiltrator kept pulling agro back.
Add to that list, in the same game where it was gold difficulty, we were moving on an objective as a team, we had lost time due to engineers. I see yet another engineer inside firebase white setting up a turret JUST as I was coming out of cover with my Krogan. I think "I can either scuttle back to cover and we get even more strapped for time, or I can just bumrush the turret and knok it over." I try for the later, knock off it's shields, engineer stoops down and repairs the turret damage, turret opens up on my krogan with both barrels. Krogan goes down. What followed was every single team-mate lunging out of over to revive me and getting ventilated by the very obvious turret. It was painful to watch.
