 I'm not sure whether or not this has been addressed yet, but on Ghost there is a spot that you can jump out of the map that somehow makes your teammates shields shield regen speed almost instant. I won't go into much detail other than I have tested it myself, but if its something serious that hasn't already been uploaded to youtube 50 times over I can go into more detail.

I had this happen with my friends in a game last night; one of the players managed to fall out of the map completely by accident, thus rendering us completely invincible. The shield regenerates to full the moment it breaks, every time, even back to back. All of the enemies were also constantly toggling between targeting him and the people still on the map, and seemed to only attack us about a third of the time.

This glitch has been known about now for some time. It's not just on ghost.
