DAS Files Too Big?

Are there any way to modify DAS files outside the toolkit? It seems that loading large files breaches the memory limit. I've looked into NWN utilities, but they won't jive with DA:O files. I either need a way to disable the toolkit's limit and hope it doesn't crash, a way to convert the files into something more easily manipulated, or a program that can edit DAS (GFF) files directly.

It seems the GFF editor is being externalized for the next toolkit update.
