FFS, you already had this confirmed to you in the S/S thread. A user who's played the game early has CONFIRMED that Garrus is not a new romance in ME3 and only available for FemSheps in ME2 to be carried through to the third game. This person is a reliable source because they posted accurate spoilers about Dragon Age 2 before it was released. There is your evidence.

1. The topic title and various others he's posted before now.

2. I am chill. And I'm not the only one who's told him this as I said before. He wanted sources/evidence/confirmation and it was provided for him but once it was and it wasn't what he wanted to hear he kept asking repeatedly as if that would somehow change the answer. I mean it sucks that he didn't get what he wanted (a lot of people didn't, including myself; be that Vega, Joker, S/S Tali, etc.) but most people just move on and get over it.

If you go back through the S/S romance thread (from about 733 onward) someone asks about the possibility of Tali and Garrus being new romances in ME3 for o/s and s/s and the user they are asking confirms that they're not new romances and can only be carried on from ME2. Look for Klace's posts.
