I am not a fan of MMO, so i won't play TOR...
I miss the adventure feeling of KotOR, if Bioware remake it similar to Dragon Age, it will be a dream come true.

Also I am all for having Side-quests to learn new force powers off the beaten track of the main game.
As For Revan, when s/he rediscover her/his past abilities aka Battle Pre cog and can relearn Afflicition, Force choke, Lightning and Dominate Mind. Revan can learn Force cloak similar what Juhani uses. Another thing, Taint of the Dark will be option for all characters to convert them to the dark side of the force. also it will give any force users a force power of your choosing.
As for Character Specializations go:
Revan: Jedi Shadow. In-game abilities to justifies what Revan already. Including Force Cloak and Dark Deception.
Dark Deception: Able to use an false alignment to persuade Another force user to that you are on their side. Also using it to get into Sith Base on Manaan without killing anyone. Yes you can use it with Dominate Mind on Another force user.
Force Cloak: Turns invisible: Great for Setting ambushes up.
Dark Retribtion: When another force user hits you with an dark side ability, you can counter it with it with your own.

If the player are aligned to light side, some specializations can be unlocked.
- Jedi Guardian---> focus on combat lightsaber and buff
- Jedi Sentinel---> focus on Rogue-style of fighting
- Jedi Consular---> focus on "spell power" and using wisdom to replace strength modifier, some AoE buff
there are secondary specialization if want to add
- Jedi Master---> overall upgraded
If the player aligned to dark side
- Sith Marauder---> Focus on lightsaber combat and buff
- Sith Assassin---> focus on stealth and unfair fight
- Sith Lord---> focus on succumbing force power and people life in large scale, devilish AoE power, upgrade 'spell power"
secondary specialization
- Overlord---> overall upgrade
The player have choices on what basic force power to learn either light or dark, but specialization unlocked when reaching certain degree of alignment. if the player play neutral alignment all the time no specialization will unlocked. player can choose what type of specialization they want. Previous class is not counted (soldier, scout or smuggler). If the player change alignment, previous specialization will disappear, but new specialization can be unlocked, feat points remain
As for skills ;
- similar with DA:O
- some class will get more skill progression per level
- skill progression changed when the character become a Jedi
- attribute give modifier for selected skill effectiveness
Non Jedi companions have their own talent progression, skill and specialization, such as
- Commando
- Specialist
- Sniper
- Champion
- Duelist
- Hitman

Force Pull - pull a target toward self
This is good for a tank type Jedi Guardian/Sith Marauder, they can pull enemy toward self. The upgraded version is Mass Pull
Mass Pull - pull enemies 360 degree toward self
This one is good if synergy with AoE lightsaber strike, such as two Handed Sweep in DA:O. Just imagine if using double bladed lightsaber

Every Lightsaber form has an AOE that is reflective of that Lightsaber form. Also All lightsaber forms for both Jedi And Sith. All Jedi classes will get them. Due to that Kotor 1 is about the Jedi Civil War, there will be no Sith classes but there will be sidequests to get Sith Specialization similar to DAO. At least one per Jedi class.
A possible Jedi Specialization: Jedi PeaceKeeper for Jedi Guardian.
Jedi Consular Specialization: Jedi Aribiter and Jedi Properitor.
New Feats Trees:
Martial arts Master Training: 3 feats. Increases Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity. Increases Force and Physical Damage Resistance, Increase Critical Threat, Increase Attacks Per Round. Increase Attack and Damage. Increase Health and Force Pools. Increases Max, Dexterity cap when using Armor. Also Able to use any force ability while in armor. Each feat does give you 4 feat to play with to Master 1 Martial arts and become expert in 2 martial arts. Also Many Jedi and Sith become Martial arts Master to master many lightsaber forms. Many non force senstive Martial arts Masters are capable to use any lightsabers of their choosing. Increase Saving throws. Increase health and force regeneration.
Jedi Assault Training: 3 feats. A balance between force and martial training. 2 feats and 2 force powers per JAT feat. Increases, Strength, Dexterity and Wisdom. Increase Usefulness all of force abilities passively.
Assault Training: 3 feats. A balance between blaster and martial training. 2 feat. One for melee and One for blaster per AT. It does increaste Strength and dexterity. And increases both blaster and melee passives
Force Master Training: 3 feats. Increase 4 force powers per feat. Increase Wisdom and Charisma and force resistance. Increaes Saving throws. Force and Health Pools. Increase force and health regeneration.
All Martial arts do have several techinques to them. So having Martial arts Master Feat tree will be important. All Martial arts have their own unique passive tree. For example, Echani, Taijutsu and Teras Kesai are quite different from each other. Thereforth Each of them have their own unique passives to modifiy their own techinques.
All lightsaber forms will be used similarly how it was used in Kotor 2.
And Force Forms make a comeback and with mastery tiers with them.

Now about maps, i wonder how is the best remake of maps using DA environment.
- i don't want tutorial map such in KotOR, Endar Spire is tutorial map. Some dialogue is "tutorial dialogue" such as Trask said "you must use me to unlock the door", that is so unreal
- Endar Spire should be bigger maps with loth of Sith soldiers messing around, not just one or two in the corner. The player must going through either by combat or stealth in the very beginning
- Taris should be busy with peoples and aliens, also Sith patrols with so much activity, not like original KotOR where everybody look the same and doing the same thing walking around.
- Some quest must be more interesting and lively on Taris than the original, for example the player not suddenly meet Sith bullying people around, or some gangster bullying people.
- Dantooine should be bigger with more buildings, houses, estates, farms...ect. and the player should not just happen to be meting with thugs, enemies and those enemies should not spawn at the very same place the previous enemy stand before. Caves should be deeper and more challenging. Jedi Enclave should be more artistic with many Jedis hanging around doing things, training and not just standing or walking around at the very same place.
- Tatooine should not be so boring place like before, the desert is large but nothing to do except fighting Sand People and spawned monsters. Should be more interesting than that. The town should be busy with peoples, merchants, aliens, swoop bikers, thugs, ect...such as in the movie.
- Manaan in KotOR is big but boring, only a few quest before for such a big map. It is tiring to run here and there just only for certain quest. Should be more side quests on Manaan.
- Korriban should be an ancient city such as Egytian ancient city, with a lot of tombs, not like before the tombs are closed to each other. Each tombs must be a labyrinth with a lot of puzzles and treasures. Sith Academy should not be so dull like before, must be sophisticated look, it is because Sith are more sophisticated than Jedi. dormitories should look like dormitories, not like before in which an open space.
- Kasyyk is boring planet in KotOR, lot of trees but lack quests, mostly the area is path, the forest should not be like that, the forrest should be an open space where the player can wander everywhere not limited with path.
- Space Station should be bigger with many things on it, not just a Rodian,
- Mystery Planet should not be just 2 faction area, should be bigger with many mysterious things on it. Should be more temples with puzzles. Should be more quests.
- Star Forge should be bigger with some challenges, not like before the only challenge is Sith fanatics and the only thing to do is going through insanely number of enemies, it is boring. the mission there should be more than that.

Taris had a 3rd level to Black Vular base. Kahyysk had a 3rd area. FYI, there was a mandalore was ordering those mandalorians in the shadowlands. Why not face him in Mortal Kombat. Make him a Taung.
Make T3-M4 an epic badass and have him a major player on the Star Forge while HK-47 and a new character is guarding him during the battle, T3-M4 hacks the starforge mainframe and guide Revan thru out the complex and warning him of enemies and flooding certain rooms with gas and other things. Sending Droids to Revan Location as back up.
The Rest of the Crew is fighting and defending the Ebon hawk.
Re Use everything the original but with HD graphics and update everything for the 360 and the PC of this generation.
New playable character will be voted on

And further more, planet/moon Yavin 4 should be open to travel, i would like to see what is on Yavin 4. it is said there are ruins there, must be a lot of Sith or ancient treasure at the time of Exar Kun. Maybe add some codex entry about Exar Kun and his lightsaber. maybe we can use his lightsaber and told that Rodian at the space station to repair it or something.
yes, Star Forge should be an epic battle with a lot of computer hacking, security breaching, Republic troop landing, droids doing their job, and such thing.
I like to customize my character appearance like in DA:O, I want to make Revan is the hottest Jedi girl ever! lols

Revan the Hero: Embrace the hero and the glory(Original Lightsided ending)
Revan the Retired: Retired from being a Jedi and Hero(can keep the cross or not)
Revan the Dead: Revan is not in the Light sided ending and has no cross. Convice Vander that Republic needs that they saved the Republic than a former Sith Lord turned Assassin that saved them. No Glory No honor.
As for the Main character, Voiceless is best. No grunts no spoken line similar to the Warden of DAO/DAA.
As for head, Women many hair styles including longer hair. I mean shoulder length to knee length.
As for men, more bearding options. From many types of Goatees to full beards.
Scars many types of scars from small to butt ugly scars. Tattoos on various body parts ranging from beautiful to exotic to plain to ugly as sin.
For Dark Jedi and Jedi Shadow Lovers, Sith Tattoos. Not Dark Side Corrpution but Dark tattoos that reflective of the Jedi.
Ranging from the Marunder tats to Assassins to Inflirator to Sorcerer to Warrior. A full set will give modifiers. Partial tattoos will give partial. Mixing tattoo types can be encourage.
As for the Star Forge battle, it should show how powerful/dangerous/skillful Revan truly is and with good pacing and teamwork on T3-M4, HK-47 and New Character at the computer core, Defenders at the Ebon Hawk and Revan soloing the charge and finding allies already within the Star Forge. Many droids and Entrench allies will get killed off.
Good communication between Revan and T3-M4 about Redirecting enemies and flooding certain rooms with toxic gases or turn the turrets against the Sith and their troopers and turn Droids against their masters. Also Create new droids at key locations to lead enemies away from Revan and more direct routes to key bombing locations in order to weaken the overall structure of the Starforge. Also cutting communication to the enemies from each other. Disabling sensors to have other droids and entrenched Allies within the Starforge.
Starforge itself using the Dark side to attack you personally. Make the Starforge very Reaper like in nature.
Also smarter A.I. that works in teams and many of them will have good resistances. Like using med packs more often and Other enemies lay down cover fire. Also Able to focus fire on one character.
For Example For Coverfire: Several Sith Soldiers with Commandos Specialization can and will use Cover Fire with Rapid Shot(with a good rifle for it)
For Example For Focus Fire: Focus Fire is when all characters with a team with a buff focus on one character. And if you have Revan as a Soldier with Commando can command other people to focus one character and it has a buff due to it meant to use on Elite bosses.
As for Exar Kun's Lightsaber, it was lost during the Mandalorian Wars. But you can get a Similar Double lightsaber similar to Exar Kun's lightsaber. You can buy off new lightsabers and crystals.
Including Qixoni a dark sided crystal from kotor 2. also a few other dark sided crytals.
Markos Ragnos's Lightsabers on Korriban. A much better verison Of Markos Gaunlets.
Able to make Any Jedi into a force warrior regardless of class or specialization.
For example with Revan.
At level 10, Revan will have 10 passive feats of Taijutsu. With Taijutsu has 4 active combat feats tree with each tree 3 feat total similar to Flurry, Power Attack and Critical Strike. No Matter what Revan will get those 10 passive feats of Taijutsu. Taijutsu has good balance of Defense, Attack, Damage, Force Resistance, Physical Resistance, Saving throws Universal, Health and Force Regeneration and Health and Force Pool. Each Martial Art has 10 passive feats and 4 active combat feats.
I fully support Side quests that makes players to be inventive including having a Force Inhibitor on Revan for a few hours while he is in a prison and he breaks out with nothing but his cunning and martial arts abilities. No Force powers, No Weapons, No Jedi Robes, No Armor. It would be interesting if that would happen on the Leviathan During their escape. Just for the challenge.
Few of Revan's traits are his intelligence and adaptive nature.

Jedi robes should be near to the movie style, in KotOR Jedi robes seems like out of place, they are not robes actually, much look like Karate class clothing. Hood is totally welcomed.
Yes i agree with women have longer hair, much in the game women have short hair, i think because want to avoid clipping, but i think it should not be a problem with today technology.
No head gear is required, there is no head gear in the movie, the only one using head gear as i recall is that cyborg (don't know it's name) of Lando in Episode V. Mask is fine but please not ugly one like before, maybe should make a full helmet-mask rather than just mask.
Please no re-used head model for NPC, in KotOR all Czerka officers have the same head, Juhani boyfriend also have the same head with others, Twileks also have the same head except Mission Vao, Master Dorak head also re-used with other NPC, it is so unreal. Must use different head for important NPCs.
Revan should learn in depth about Exar Kun in Yavin 4. explore the mystery and learn something from it. maybe this is not canon but the game itself is not canon anymay.
I like DA:O "grey morality", something seems good not really good and something seems bad not really bad, i like it if it implemented in KotOR remake, this way the player can look in depth about the philosophy of Jedi or Sith, and not just straight light and dark playthrough. In kotOR dark side is just plain being hooligan all the time, that is not true, dark side should be more manipulative and tricky than the straight bad ass act. it is the same with light side, it is good if the light side option is full of doubt, questions and morally challenged options such in DA:O
There are a lot of improvement can be made for KotOR If Bioware really want to make money out of it. star Wars fan will sure buy it, ex KotOR fans sure buy it and Bioware will have new fans out of it. this will cover DA2 and TOR failure.
edit : Ebon hawk should have toilet and bathrooms, even a Jedi have to do what a Jedi have to do ;p

Rakghoul will have several enemy types.
As for Grey Morality of DA:O, Within Star Wars, People love a Strong Good/Light and Strong Evil/Dark Morality. Nizaris,I do argee with you that there should be some grey in Kotor 1.
Full Helmets and having Vacuum Mask that fully covers the entire head. Several different colors and several different versions of Vacuum Mask/Helmet with different stats.
Nizari you might like the Master Manipulator Revan persona.
Master Maniuplator: LS or DS, Always plays the angles in every situations, strives to understands to use people to make them work for himself regardless if it is the Crew or anyone else. Able to convert people to the dark side or light side by understanding the person's nature.
For Example, Play on the desires of Carth to protect Telos thru promises to Rebuild Telos and able to fully protect Telos from being attack ever again.
With Mission, Play on her anger and disappointment of her brother.
With Juhani, Play on her anger about Slavers and Jedi Dishonesty about Quatra's death. How using her passion to her advantage is a good thing.
With Jolee, Explain to him how that the Jedi actually failed him totally and utterly and it was their fault that his wife fell to the dark side of the force due to that he was forced to train her in secret.
With Zaablar, Play on his anger of his psychotic brother. If Sided with his father, Tell him that Wookiees should be full allies right now and Chuundar was a weak leader to trusting him to elimate their father. If Siding Chuundar, explaining to Zaablar that his father is a weak person for losing power. Able to remove either Freyv and Chuundar after siding with them and put Zaablar in power and work with him to make Wookiee full allies while Czerka study the wildlife of their own.
Many ways to free their worlds and having a more honest company to study their wildlife while keep their world a free world.

it is not like , seeing people got bullied, join the bully and get dark side point, that is so unreal. In KotOR dark side player just can extort everyone for dark side points, for me that is not real situations, the Sith are not going around extorting people, look at Palpatine, he is a politician, he encourage people, smiling, manipulative...
In KotOR light side and dark side points are so plain to achieve, it is not fun for a long run game, maybe in the first time playing it is okay, but for second or third playthroughs it is open to abuse, and it is not fun anymore. it become something we can estimate and not a surprise.
Yes, Revan should can give influence to party members, drove them to be good or evil, but that maybe will change some plots, maybe Revan only influence minor things and not the major one. Or i can say like in DA:O it is called "hardening" (somewhat this term is funny). "Hardened" character will act differently than unhardened one.
I have watch TOR videos on You Tube, i can say i don't like it, too much special effects, Jedi and Sith are not fighting like that, it look like all other games, i hope if KotOR being remake there will be not much of special effect, or at least give an option to turn off special effect. there are not much special effect in the movie anyway, in which make it look REAL.I am more into realism in games, even if the game is about magic battle, only few special effect is okay, but if too much it have lost it's epic-ness.
by the way, i come out with Sith Healing ability
Force Empower - Heal a target by reducing health of all allies and enemies nearby the target. The target will gain lost health and become stronger in short period of time, increasing it's attack speed and damage. The amount of healing rise as the character rise in rank plus attribute modifier. May target self.

Expanded the options on Main Quests. For example, Why would a Dark Jedi wants to save the Shark? or Help the Wookiee. Why would a Normal Jedi work for Czerka? or Join the Genoharadan as an assassin? Roleplaying motivations will be important regardless of outward actions.
You might enjoy Dark Healing Field would fit your liking and it is similar to what you are thinking,. As for new feats, BattleStrike 1, 2, 3.
BattleStrike: 1 Defense, 2 Attack, 2 Damage, 2 Critical Threat.
BattleStrike 2: 2 Defense, 3 Attack, 3 Damage, 3 Critical Threat.
BattleStrike 3: 3 Defense, 4 Attack, 4 Damage, 4 Critical Threat.
BattleStrike can compliment any Martial art Style or Lightsaber form. also it does apply for blasters as well. It is passive
For Jedi Sentinel fans:
Sentinel Strike 1: Increase Damage by +10+Current Level+Wisdom Modifier
Sentinel Strike 2: Increase Damage by +12+Current Level+Wisdom Modifier
Sentinel Strike 3: Increase Damage by +14+Current Level+Wisdom Modifier
Sentinel Strike can be used for blasters, Unarmed Combat, Melee Weapons, Lightsabers and force powers. it is very much a passive ability.
For the Remake, Having Battle Strike for all classes to balance the Force Users to Non Force Users.

All Specialization(character, class, universal) and Martial arts will have a degree of force resistance due to the training requirement of Specialization and Martial arts.
As for Force Forms they will have their own little window that the player can change on a fly. Another window for Lightsaber forms. So another words you can use Ataru and Force potency at the sametime. Also Comes to lightsaber techniques, you can use them with any lightsaber form. For Example, using Saber Swarm while using Juyo. Saber Swarm is an Ataru Technique.
All Lightsaber techniques will use some of the force but it will show up where Active Combat Feats shows up. So you can force choke while having Shien Deflection already to be used.
Shien Deflection will Deflect all blaster bolts back to the users but it can be used as a melee attack.
Shien Deflection will work best with Shien as Saber Swarm works well with Ataru.
