Hello,
I have a question regarding having two accounts.
This account is linked with my PSN account, and unfortunately nothing else.
I have another account with almost every Bioware game and many DLC's. So now, a few questions.
If I own CE version of Mass Effect 2 on PC, and buy Mass Effect 2 for PS3, do I get all DLC's from PS3 version for my PC version also?
Is it possible to delete this account, or atleast UNlink my PSN from this account and then link it to my main account?
Cause I want all cross promotions to be active on one account. IE - kingdoms of Amalur, Dead Space 2, etc, etc.

I managed to change e-mail and origin ID on my 2nd account and reverted this one to that e-mail and origin ID, but the problem is now with UNlinking and RElinking my PSN account to this account.
And also, how do I change my forum name??

I'm having a similar issue. I have spent over an hour with EA support and was told there is no way to merge accounts or transfer purchases. Has anyone had success with this?

I finally managed to get this resolved.
You need to contact their support. It was tricky to find the option for getting them, as almost always I only got option to call them. But playing with different options, I finally managed to get live chat with their support, and after thorough questioning and telling my reasons for switching, they did it.

Do you mean live chat? They would not do so for me.

Live chat, yup. They couldn't do it during chat itself, but I've had to had long chat, explain everything thoroughly, and then they created ticket for support guys. Few days later I got the e-mail confirming they resolved my problem.

My accounts were merged, but now when ever i unlock new DLC(like the mass effect items from KOA) they show up as entitlements for the old account that is not linked with my Gamertags. It's very strange.
