Everyone who played the multiplayer-part of the demo has some experience with the Phantom.
After falling to that jumping cyber-assassin first, I'm now up hands in a fight one on one.
I'm not concerned at all with both enemies in the MP, but the Banshee begins to worry me for the SP.
If you keep a phantom busy with absorbing biotics with her device, you can come up close and melee her to death, as long as you have some shields.
Otherwise she may use her insta-kill.
And here comes what worries my about the Banshee: It's Charge-ability.
While you can almost easily take down a phantom if you keep a distance to her(even with depleted shields), I'm a bit worried about the asari-husk.
Charge is a powerful attack and I can't recall an enemy being successful at dodging it in the MP.
I'm all for challenges, but I think it would suck if you just had an epic cutscene, a dialog you found immersive, but then you round a corner for the next fight and a banshee insta-depletes your shields with a charge and pierces your body with her arm.
Reload last save and do everything again, now maybe with less immersion.
Any clues how powerful the banshee is in comparison to the phantom?
People extracted so much data from the demo-files, maybe someone got the attacking-stats of both.

I'm sorry maybe I missed something but since when are their banshee's in the MP? I feel I would have noticed someone charging at me at this point in time.

As far as I got it, there's a lot of data in the demo, the demo didn't really need.
For example I think someone extracted the full list of War-Assets from it.

i believe the husks ( all forms) are in the full game version of the mp
the demo didnt have them sadly because i would have loved to go up against a banshee myself
