Ok, to cut a long short my current play-style involving the tactic's menu is put simply, basic at best, it suited me fine on Normal/Hard but Nightmare is a very different matter.

As a "for example" I when wanting to initiate combat only on my current "tank" simply revert to pause and complete manual control to manage "aggro" for the want of a better term.

I have noticed however there is clearly a tactical option to tell your NPC's to "Wait" under X conditions so...

Anyone running a Tactic's "Master class" as it were?

And before someone suggests it, either search has failed me or I have failed search, let us not relive it.
