 Ok so out of the two support options down the bottom of the page only one works, the other has a redirecting error, the one that works is useless and they can't do a thing to help me with my problem, and i can't use the Email Support option cause as ive stated it has a redirect issue and you cant get past login

All i want to do is get support to change my name as i didnt not enter this as my name, a freind did as a joke a good 11 months ago, there is no option to change my name and my only other option is to get support to do it which i cant reach them so what do i do when support is broken, the answer is create this forum post in hopes of being heard

Bioware Game Support cant do a thing on this matter and Email us is broken so please can a mod or whatever help me with this Issue

Also not having an option to change your name and having broken support links is just bad form, terrible way to run a site (and don't say its just me having problems cause ive seen a bunch of other posts with people in the same boat as me not being able to get any support)
