The Training Mode in Black Ops was killer, that -- and not the MP -- is what I really enjoyed, and as much as I like playing with randoms and friends, I would love to play with a bots or SP-style team of my choosing.

As it stands, players have the option to play the Co-Op totally solo, yet they don't have the option to fill out a solo game with either bots or an SP-style team, this really doesn't make sense.  Whereas on games like GoW3, Black Ops, and Section 8, there was the option to fill out teams with bots, or play rounds solo with only bots.

Even if it was just a SP-style team that followed you around, I would really, really love that option.  Because that has consistency, and consistency is reliability.  Also, sometimes I just don't feel like having to be super-competitive for the sake of the team.  Sometimes I would rather just kick-back with the co-op, but without bots, that's really not possible because there is a team that is relying on you to do well.

Also, it would be great for roleplay.  For instance, I could set up a team of Krogans, and 'roleplay' as a Krogan Battlemaster with objective of forcefully clearing out area in preparation for a larger offensive.  That would just be awesome.

Besides that, having the option to fill in empty slots in the lobby with a bot to help fill out the team would be a nice option, rather than either having to wait or risk getting a low level player on silver.

Actually, I do quite well.   N7-62 rank, Origin ID: Thoragoros.

Thing is preference.  Besides, why can't I play with that option?  What is it to you if I sometimes prefer setting up a match with bots?

If for nothing else, having a bot replace a player that left the game (basically fill in the blank spots on your team), would be pretty awesome. That's how GoW3 did it, and it works quite well, all things considered. Sure, the bots are mostly stupid, but they are deadly accurate and can draw fire, to make your life a little easier when someone decides to quit mid-match.
So, yeah I support this idea wholeheartedly.

Why not just include it at launch? They let you play a game alone if no one joins, just take the feature offline.

Blacks op was the most popular multiplayer game ever released with over 12 million purchases.

Most people buying ME3 are doing it for the SP. not comparable at all.

Okay...GoW3 also had bot features for its MP.

I like this idea. It would be easy to implement the code also. Sometimes people play when no one else is on and or want to play to test certain things/play silly. I don't want to bring down a team because I'm goofing off....

...You know there's a SP for precisely that kind of experience, right?
