oh great, so on top of no holstering, there is also no manual in Mass 3?

Besides, my point was more about the overall financial gain for game developers with the current setup. Not the quality or content of manuals vs. strategy guides. I think strategy guides are worth the money in general. Still prefer to have a decent manual included with the game.

People actually read the manuals. Played games my whole life and i don't think i ever read the manuals i usually just threw it aside.
^well just cuz thats what you usually do doesnt mean others do the same. And judging from the very large amount of posts in this very topic its clear a lot of people still love manuals and miss them very much.

I actually fully support BioWare's actions with regards to the manuals, and the holstering decision also makes sense (holstering your weapons in the middle of a combat zone is kind of stupid...)
^LOL-in regards to the holstering bit: you have no idea what you are even talking about. Cuz thats exactly why we're mad right? we're pissed cuz you cant holster your weapons IN THE MIDDLE of a firefight is that right? LMAO dont even bother posting anymore.

No, I mean holstering weapons in a combat zone, period. If you can't holster in hub worlds, then it's a problem (like on Tuchanka, in the area where Wrex is).

Running with your arm streched out when the immediate area has no hostiles is a waste of energy

I don't think that's what he means (Could be, but I don't think so). If you're on a battlefield, even if it looks like everyone is dead it's not necessarily safe to lower your guard and holster your weapon. Shepard doesn't know whats around the next corner...

He really should continually be scanning for hostiles, though, if he's in a war zone.

Why is it the ps3 versions fault? ME2 on ps3 had holstering, if you read the manual you would know that.. o wait.ReconTeam wrote...

Wait. There's no holstering?
...wtf?
I haven't been paying attention to the in/not in status of this feature, because I figured it was, you know, a given.
Nope. And you can blame the PS3 version for it.

why else would there be a freakin' Manual tab in the game? God bioware, what the hell happened to you?this is just trash. I happen to love manuals, especially in my RPG's.
You tree killer......!!!!!!!! Dude, I am not sure if this is a serious thread, but EA made it pretty clear with the ME2 PS3 edition that manuals are included, just not in paper form. At first, I was bummed, cause I love my paper manuals when on my 'MAN THRONE' as it were, but I am over it.

Exactly. I want my manual IN MY HANDS that I can FLIP THROUGH.
To make things worse, no codex apparently (atleast in demo).
