I got a few of my own, fat chance we ever see anything suggested by fans but here goes...

for male shep.

-Mirandas sister: Requirements. Have miranda talk to her during the illium affair. pursue romance with miranda but have her killed during suicide mission. No romance in ME1.

-Doc. chakwas: Kiss her ass during the first dialog with her in ME1. do her cherrise ice brandy quest in me2, and tell her it was nice to her let her hair down a bit. Dump laira/ashley/kaidan. then break the heart of someone in ME2.


for female shep.

-Joker: do the paragon option on all the "how are things in the helm" dialogs. aside from the first one where you will tell him to use the mute.

-Mess sergeant garner: Taste hes calamari gumbo, Ask for milk in ME3.

then - as the salarians do not have sex for pleasure (it might not even give them any....strange society as they are with only 10% females and males not having any political power normally....) - the salarian will direct and shoot said video...and no shep will not watch, he will bin in the fray (for it to be a real threesome ^^
