I don't like insult in game and the kick voting, reason why i hate it are because one in my last game say " you are idiot" in gold game, I dunno why, but he died before me, and I was the last survivor of the team, I don't accept this type of insult. I always don't like it because the people abuse always it, and for me is better the game auto-kick the player that go afk or don't get rdy up for start the game.
Your opinion?

you can deactivate voice chat completely, if you don't like it.

seriously if your not used to that type vocal responses then you have played f*** all multiplayer games.
as for the kick it is needed, though i rarely use it myself as my groups are made up of friends. the only time i ever use kick is when im in a public game 1 or more players are just sitting in the lobby and not starting the round (and dont communicate that they are either upgrading gear will be ready shortly). another reason why mics are needed.
ppl will abuse game features in multiplayer for sure but my advise to you is learn to f**ing play and play with your firends, or are they the 1s that said you were an idiot?

how I disable? I for play all multiplayer games I always use Teamspeak 2 or skype, ventrilo, only cs I use in-game chat vocal, others never.
For play with friends bioware can make a option that can make room only private and not public, mroe simple
(this is not game born for multiplayer, born in singleplayer)

options --> sound --> something about voice chat. shouldn't be too diificult to find...

calm down and stop trolling. If you don't even play public lobbies, then it won't affect you anyways. so why bother?
You don't want someone in your lobby? then kick him! simple-as.
Besides, not even gold matches require communication, if the players are somewhat capable.
