They're exclusive to From Ashes, but From Ashes is included in the CE.

From Ashes comes with the CE.

But, this isn't what they showed us the last time for the CE edition. I remember it was other outfits. That means we will get also those ones ?

People with the Collector's Edition will get both alternate appearance packs.

Kaid and Vega look Gears of Wars-y odd in those bulky things, imo. And, while more armored looking, Liara's outfit has this very weird harness and corset/black pushup boob thing going on. The illusion of an outfit than armor, anyway. It's weird to me...

I do like that they're all color-coordinated, though.

But Liara probably won't be on my squad very often in my first run.  Too many other things to play with.

My Infiltrator (second or third) playthrough, though?  Liara all day, erry day.

CE gets DLC

DLC has alt outfits.

Ipso Facto, CE gets alt outfits.

Dev confirmed that:

- Each character gets 2 outfits at beginning of the game.
- From ashes contains an alternative outfit for EVERY character
- CE edition gets you an EDITIONAL extra outfit for Liara, James, Kaidan, Ashley. 

So with CE edition, you start with 4 alternative outfits from the outset of the game.

I think I will stick with her default and this new outfit. Her CE is simply not very fitting IMO, mostly because of the colours.

Now that I am looking at it. I will say that the head jewelry would actually fit on this new commando gear.

We are 100%, completely, absolutely certain that we get both. Those alternate appearances come with From Ashes which comes with the Collector's Edition.
