once again..are we 100% that we get the alternative outfits in the CE edition too? I SO want full armor for Liara
Dev confirmed that:
- Each character gets 2 outfits at beginning of the game.
- From ashes contains an alternative outfit for EVERY character
- CE edition gets you an EDITIONAL extra outfit for Liara, James, Kaidan, Ashley.
So with CE edition, you start with 4 alternative outfits from the outset of the game.
When and where was that confirmed?

I was never a Power Ranger fan myself, but I DID have my ME1 squad emulate them on purpose more than once.Lizardviking wrote...
Nothing wrong with power rangers. I saw the movie constantly when I was a kid.
I think a lot more thought went into the character designs in ME2 in general. ME1's design was more concerned with building the universe, but ME2 shifted focus to the people in it. Since they already had the universe itself fleshed out, they had a set of rules which they could use to go into more personal detail. Also, as awful as ME2's catsuits and naked-bald-chick-running-around-in-vacuum-armor were. The actual practical and sensible armors in it were light years ahead of ME1.
I'll take any excuse I can get to put Garrus in something that skintight again. As much as I love armor, I take no shame in deriving the occasional guilty pleasure here and there. While we are asking for old school armors. Could we get Garrus' C-sec armor from ME2 please?

Ah, thanks for that leak, but, he says "At the start of the game.", does this mean we'll get more as we go on in the base game?

Shepard, you must gather a team of mercernaries with attitude!

I suppose that could be the reason.

Wait... Skintight? You know I was refering to his default ME2 armor right?
Cheez, did you mod his armor into something aesthetically pleasing? Is there something we should know?
But then again, I am the guy drooling over finally getting commando gear for Liara.
"EDIT"
PS: Okay with me adding you on Origin?

I think she thought you were referring to his Light Agent armor from ME1, also worn by other turians in C-Sec (e.g. Sgt. Haron).Lizardviking wrote...

Look at my post from the last page.

I think that was a rather specific description don't you think?

PROTIP: ME2 armor was not "C-Sec" armor.
Garrus is already aesthetically pleasing to the max. He requires no mods whatsoever.Cheez, did you mod his armor into something aesthetically pleasing? Is there something we should know?
(Except in ME1 because his face is all lo-rez lkajr;lfdkgldfkg GOD DAMN IT BIOWARE.)
Sexual perversity is part and parcel of being a Bioware fan.But then again, I am the guy drooling over finally getting commando gear for Liara.
Oh, absolutely. I put the ID in my sig so people would just do that on their own.PS: Okay with me adding you on Origin?

Complicating things is the fact that Garrus' armor in ME2 has nothing to do with C-Sec. It's just blue turian Heavy armor.

Are you sure about that? I am fairly certain it is supposed to be his default C-sec armor from ME1, just updated to fit the new art style. The same that happend to Shepard's N7 armor really.

The blue is supposed to imply some continuity with the Agent armor, but the pattern is off (or, on the default ME2 armor, nonexistent). Plus, Garrus is notably not in C-Sec in ME2.Lizardviking wrote...

If I remember correctly, the agent armor did not have much a pattern to begin with.
And while Garrus is not with C-sec, I still imagine he took his armor with him (like in ME1 ya know?) because he is a Turian rebel, sticking it to the man.
