Hi, I just purchased Arrival.

While it was downloading my PC crashed. So I was forced to reset.
I came back to start download again, but my account says I have to buy it again, .

How can I solve this?

EDIT:- Looks like FF has repicked up the current download, hopefully it will finish and be fine.

Just to update, FireFox thankfully picked up the half download and its installing now, .

I have installed it now, but I cant access it ingame.
How do I use it / activate it?

I have the latest patch installed. I have also completed the game.
I have logged into the account I used to purchase Arrival.
I have also registered the game.

I would try downloading it again, but there is no option anywhere to download it again, so if the download fails ,then your stuffed.
On the downloads page, it doesnt show I have purchased, but I have two receipts via email saying I paid.

Ok, once you have dl'd and installed the content, you have to then connect the game using your EA/Bioware email and password to your account here that has the content.  To do this you usually do the log in function that opens the second "Cerberus" laptop on the main screen that starts out closed.  Once you have logged in it will validate the dlc and you should, operative word is SHOULD, not have to log in again, so if you have issues doing so it SHOULDN'T matter after you get it once.  Once you log in and the dlc is active, then you have to just play the game, some DLC aren't immediately available in the game, you have to pass a certain point, others are availble right off.

Well that sucks, got it to show up.
Apparently, if you have finished the game, Arrival will not show up, .

K, just to update.
In order to do Arrival, I had to go back to before omega4 relay.
Then install arrival, it then showed up.
I completed arrival, then done collector base.

I then noticed Hammerhead assignment had vanished, installing arrival removed it.
So I though, no problem Ill reinstall it, unpon reinstalling the arrival assignment vanished.

Cant win, .
But thats how I actually played both.
