 For some reason, and I'm not sure why, I can't change any appearance options for my Shepard. When i open Gibbed, and go to the Raw tab, then Squad, and Appearance there isn't any icon to click to expand the "Morph Head" category. It just says Morph Head and the space across from it is blank, with no option to click or input anything. I can't for the life of me figure this out, nor find any suggestions or solutions on any forums or even Youtube. 

Can anyone offer any suggestions? I don't know if this is because I'm using an imported character from ME1 or ME2second playthrough.. i just don't get it, i can change every other aspect but this one, and this one happens to be the only one i care about. lol

Edit. Figured out the reason was i was always using the default shepard face.

Perhaps because these are collections and can't be expanded with the arrow icon, you're having trouble? There's a "..." ellipses button to click to expand those. Far right.
